Capture, analysis and evaluation of system-side business processes in close coordination with your team and relevant stakeholders Configuration and (re-)design of HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors with focus on the modules Employee Central, Time-Off, Onboarding, Reporting, Performance & Goals and Compensation & Benefits Preparation, execution and documentation of system testing Organization and execution of workshops with relevant stakeholders Development of a concept for the assignment of user authorizations to maintain the overall security landscape Bring your experience.
Successfully completed training or a degree in the IT field Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g. Employee Central, Time-Off, Onboarding, Reporting, Performance & Goals) Strong communication skills in English, German is a Bonus Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high affinity for technical and process-related (HR) contexts MANNHEIM - HYBRID
