Inhouse Consultant HR for SAP SuccessFactors (all genders)

Starting with the design and ending with the implementation of new processes in a modern workplace environment, in our Intelligent Workplace division, it's all about simplifying the work life of all CAMELOTs! Become an important part of our HR transformation, which includes the (re)implementation of SuccessFactors, and help the CAMELOT OneHR team to reach a whole new level!

Make a difference.

  • Capture, analysis and evaluation of system-side business processes in close coordination with your team and relevant stakeholders
  • Configuration and (re-)design of HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors with focus on the modules Employee Central, Time-Off, Onboarding, Reporting, Performance & Goals and Compensation & Benefits
  • Preparation, execution and documentation of system testing
  • Organization and execution of workshops with relevant stakeholders
  • Development of a concept for the assignment of user authorizations to maintain the overall security landscape
  • Bring your experience.

  • Successfully completed training or a degree in the IT field
  • Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g. Employee Central, Time-Off, Onboarding, Reporting, Performance & Goals)
  • Strong communication skills in English, German is a Bonus
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high affinity for technical and process-related (HR) contexts
